A couple of months ago they opened a new supermarket called Marqt. Marqt is a Dutch supermarket chain and only sells organic products. To my great suprise they also sell a lot of fresh fish. As a fish lover I couldn't be more happier!

This is the first Korean dish I've ever had. I forgot all about it until last week. We had dinner at a very cute Korean restaurant. It looked more like a living room than a restaurant. I decided to make this at home. I was afraid it would be to complicated but it's so easy!

I have always thought that goulash was a typical Hungarian dish. Luckily for me they also love this dish in Czech! After a whole day of sightseeing in Prague it was time to eat. I can't believe how much Prague has changed! The last time I visited Prague I was in high school. Although it was no longer a communist country, it was still a bit of a culture shock. A beautiful city centre, but surrounded by sad grey building blocks.

A true BBQ classic!!! A BBQ is just not complete without this dish :-). The secret is of good char siu is choosing the right piece of pork. It should be a fatty, so it doesn't become dry and chewy. Also it is important to marinate the pork overnight, so the meat can soak up all the flavours.
