A couple of months ago they opened a new supermarket called Marqt. Marqt is a Dutch supermarket chain and only sells organic products. To my great suprise they also sell a lot of fresh fish. As a fish lover I couldn't be more happier!

Marqt also sells king crab legs, but because it is so expensive and I had no idea how to prepare it, I wasn't sure if I should buy it. Until last night! Last night the boy bought s...

McDonald's was even considered as a 'luxurious' restaurant. The locals really had to save some ...

A true BBQ classic!!! A BBQ is just not complete without this dish :-). The secret is of good char siu is choosing the right piece of pork. It should be a fatty, so it doesn't become dry and chewy. Also it is important to marinate the pork overnight, so the meat can soak up all the flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 500g pork but cut into long stripes;
