Spaghetti carbonara is a good dish for those cold and windy Sundays, because it's such a rich dish. You don't need much to feel stuffed like a turkey. I never knew this dish was so good, because usually I just buy ready made carbonara sauce. Big mistake! Especially when it only takes 30 minutes to prepare this dish.

What to say about Pisa. I always want to say nice things about places I visit. But I can't think of anything nice to say about Pisa. It's a dump,a desillusion, just plain boring and I'm never going to visit that dreadful place again. If it wasn't for the famous leaning tower I wouldn't have gone there. Enchanting Siena

If you are ever in Florence, then you definitely should visit the beautiful Siena. Siena can be easily reached by train from Florence and the trip is about 1,5 hours. After arriving at Siena trainstation it is wise to take the bus to the citycentre.

Slut's spaghetti by Nigella Lawson

It's an interesting name, isn't it? Why is it called slut's spaghetti? I really have no idea. Maybe because it is a very easy dish. Maybe it just looks dirty.
